VIVO Products

VIVO is expanding
the world of food with high quality.

Using our unique emulsification and fermentation technologies, we produce margarines for rich flavor,
arange of creams with excellent characteristics, dessert ingredients that create genuine flavors,
and other products that are indispensable for confectionery and baking applications.

Whipping Cream

Whipping cream is an important ingredient in cake making.
Chefs use whipped cream to create attractive and fanciful designs on cakes. Chefs usually blend ingredients such as chocolate, puree, fruity filling, cheese, and alcohol liquor with whipped cream to produce delicacies.
Our “VIVO TOPPING ACE” is user friendly.
It enables a smooth production process.

Margarine

For folding dough, we offer CLASSCO,
a margarine with deep fermented flavor.
For adding in dough, we have developed such products as PALLFY DELISOFT, a margarine that makes bread soft but with sharp mouthfeel.
These products are used by boutique patisseries as well as nation-wide bakery companies to creat highly original breads and pastries.

Fillings

We have developed a wide variety of filling ingredients, including custard cream with homemade flavor.
Our FILLOMG ACE CUSTARD with excellent mouth feel is an indispens-able ingredient for the production of high-quality breads and desserts.

Chocolate

We develop delicious, easy to use chocolates from carefully selected cacao and dairy products using our original oils and fats processing technology.
Our CHOCO FANCY CHIP CHOCOLATE retains its shape after baking and is suitable for the manufacture of a wide range of products such as baked confections and bread.
