- Roll out the dough into 7mm thickness.
- Cut the dough with a ‘Donut Cutter’.
- Weight around 33-38g/pcs.
- Place on a tray & proof. Once proof, fry then put on the rack to cool down.
- Once cooled, glaze the donut with any toppings you like.
- Decorations is up to your own preference.
