Make form

  1. Roll out the dough into 7mm thickness.
  2. Cut the dough with a ‘Donut Cutter’.
  3. Weight around 33-38g/pcs.
  4. Place on a tray & proof. Once proof, fry then put on the rack to cool down.
  5. Once cooled, glaze the donut with any toppings you like.
  6. Decorations is up to your own preference.
